Timely PC Bootstrap

PC Turn-Up — once per computer

Open PowerShell as Administrator and run:

irm https://get.timelyep.com/pc | iex

The bootstrap downloads the latest approved GitHub Release, verifies its SHA-256 checksum, extracts it locally, and starts PC Turn-Up.

User Setup — once per intended user

Open a normal, non-administrator PowerShell window as the intended user and run:

irm https://get.timelyep.com/user | iex

Run this separately while signed in as each intended local or domain user. The user bootstrap verifies the same approved release, applies only that user's settings, creates a Desktop report shortcut, and opens the report.
